Hi! I'm Sadie, I'm a follower of Christ, a Marine wife [Semper Fi], a social worker, a big dreamer, and a million more things; here you will find updates on all the adventures happening in our lives! E & I are originally from the Midwest, currently living in North Carolina while he finishes his flight training as a CH-53 pilot [[OORAH]].
I LOVE to cook and try new recipes; dishes, on the other hand, might as well be my worst enemy are my absolute least favorite chore:)
I love sweet, white wine.
I honestly {to my core} believe a manicure/pedicure [[or both]] can change a bad day into a good one.
I secretly enjoy E's video games, sometimes.
I'm a die-hard Chicago Bears fan and always will be.
My family and friends are more important to me than words could ever describe. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them, I am blessed.
I absolutely adore our pup, Wrigley [Wriggles]. We adopted him from a shelter in Illinois and were told he was a Black Lab/Hound mix. We're pretty sure the shelter was wrong as he weighs in at a whopping 36 pounds, BUT - he's perfect for us. He has more personality than some humans I know & we couldn't ask for a better dog.
Like I said before, I have big dreams. Sharing this blog is my way of having added accountability to help me reach all of my goals!
