Well we started our cleanse together on Monday, we did really good until Tuesday night when both of us had killer headaches and felt really faint. So, call us quitters, but we started our clean eating adventure a day early; our first meal was lasagna with zucchini instead of noodles.
Both of us were completely surprised as to how amazingly awesome it tasted.
With that lasagna alone I think I could possibly be in the running for wife of the year.
haha just kidding, but seriously it was amazing.

Even though I didn't fully complete the cleanse, I still feel proud of myself for sticking with healthy eating thus far. I know it's just a week, but it's a week longer than before I started! Not to mention the reward I've gotten by seeing a few pounds fall off the scale.
It's nothing big, but a little bit of weight loss is better than no weight loss, right?
After having my wallet stolen it has been quite the uphill adventure trying to replace all of my important documents. Hopefully this coming week E and I can get to base to get the important paperwork completed so I can be his wife, in all aspects, on all papers, officially.
Having privileges to go on base will allow me access to the gym and pool.
I'm so beyond excited to be getting back to the gym very, very soon and I'm even more excited at the thought of swimming laps.
I enjoy swimming laps more than I could ever explain in words.
In a beginning effort to scratch off the things on my list from my previous post I've been doing some research on becoming certified to work with Military personnel and veterans; I'm beyond excited to begin the trainings and to get one step closer to my dream job.
On that same note [NC bucket list] we taught Wrigley a new trick!
Wrigley now knows how to play dead!
With one more trick up his sleeve, Wrigley is an even bigger stud muffin!
With his birthday coming up I found a cute little dog friendly cake to make him :)
Hopefully by that time we can get him to roll over;
he doesn't seem too interested in learning that just yet ;)
