According to Urban Dictionary, "Back to the Grind, is the phrase that all hustlers know. It means going back to the job at hand." And I'm proud to say that's exactly what I've done. I've started back up with my schedule and stuck to it. I'm not going to get ahead of myself and be overjoyed because I still have a long way to go, but I'm back on my way and that's what matters.
Since this blog is all about goals and accountability, I'm going to share my latest goals with you! I'm so thankful for Mary Kay and the wonderful women helping me thus far.
Okay, so this is my first ever vision board & I'm SO excited to share it with y'all! It's hanging in our office above our desk, so it's always in my sights! Here's what's on it:
1. Pearls of Sharing: it's a training I need to finish up. I just need to finish one last call!
2. Red Jacket: this is something I can't wait to earn! It means that I have at least three wonderful women on my team; such a privilege & I CANNOT WAIT to order mine!
3. Cruze: It's the first Mary Kay Career Car that I can earn, and I want to earn it, baby! I've LOVED the Cruze ever since they were introduced, so here's my chance to earn one! Hard work is rewarded in such amazing ways in Mary Kay!
4. Director: I want to be a Director! I was born to be a leader, and this is going to be such a great way to live out my God given talent!
5. Honeymoon in Europe: E & I haven't taken our honeymoon yet. [Yes, we had a little weekend away right after the wedding, but we had to come back to reality for Christmas] So basically my goal is to make enough money this summer, so we can pay cash and have a FABULOUS time in Europe! [Neither of us has ever been, so suggestions are much appreciated!]
6. Bears Game: I'm a diehard fan, but I've never seen them play in person. I want that to change. PLUS I'm sticking to my guns and firmly believing that they're going to the Superbowl this season because it will be the 30 year anniversary. The fans have earned it.
7. No Debt: I HATE STUDENT LOANS. So other than honeymoon money, all of my MK earnings will be going to pay off our college loans as quickly as possible. I made this cute poster to help keep us motivated!
8. Confidence: Whew! This one's a big one. I'm a pretty, educated, talented, hard-working woman. I want to get to the point where I can actually believe what I just typed ;)
9. Success: Deciding to start my Mary Kay business was a huge leap of faith for me, and I'm determined to be successful!
10. Let your Faith be BIGGER than your fears: Holy Moly, this one's the biggest! Forget everything else I have going on, I gotta put my full faith in GOD! And I'm doing my absolute best, it's just hard being the control freak I am haha. I'm an imperfect person, but God is working in me & changing me for the better, just typing this I have a silly grin on my face ;)
And my newest fitness related goal came from my sweet friend Amy {Check out her amazing blog at: http://arunnersgrace.blogspot.com} It's to do 365 miles in 365 days! My tracking started April 1st! So I have until April 1, 2015 to get 365 miles in! [once I can figure it out, I'll put a mile tracker on here haha] WHO wants to join us?!
What are your goals for this month?!
Until next time,
Sadie
